I can think of a lot of things America can do besides (war) to help the economy & depression were in right now. The two wars were in right now don't seem to be helping our economy.
I guess you missed the giant area near Lexington Park that pumps money into this area. Without war we would have no reason to have a test and evaluation base. What about the american contractors in Iraq, making 200k+ a year. The reason the economy is ####ed is because of the housing hell that started with people trying to live beyond what they could afford.

And this is one of those things that leads me to believe that Democratic voters are either living in fantasy land or they're just too ignorant to understand freedom - and that is, if McCain gets elected, it's NOT because he cheated, it's because people who disagree with you voted against your candidate. This goes back to "I don't know HOW Kerry lost, every one I know voted for him". You need to actually hang with people who disagree with you sometime, because there are millions of them.

I guess if the Democrats had run Rodney King you would have voted for him for the same reason. Pretty stupid reason to vote for Obama, but unfortunately many people are voting for him because of his race. Certainly many blacks are, and many whites filled with white guilt are. Its still a stupid reason that shouldnt even come up.
If being white makes you right, what does being black make Obama?
