A what? $2 bill?!?

I have some, but they are not the current green bank notes, they are red and minted a real long time ago, 1st generation $2 bill. Not a silver certificate, either. I check on their value every so often, still not worth much.
I have the same ones from back in the 60's when they first tried them. My aunt worked at a bank and would give us one every Christmas when we were kids. Still have them.

I once had a 20something employee that was handed a $2 bill. He immediately came looking for me to see if it was real. Unbelievable how little kids know these days.

I get them every year from the bank when we go on our cruise to pass at as tips.

Great idea - I usually use the gold $1 coins, but will look for $2 bills for my next cruise.

The bank in charlotte hall by Ledo's & McKays (I cant remember the name) has them. I usually get $100 for each cruise and never had an issue. Many of the crew consider them lucky.
