Allah is simply the Arabic word for God, so I suppose the Arab Christians certainly think so.

The video wouldn't play (couldn't connect to the server), so I didn't watch it, but off hand it seems to me that asking this question in this manner denotes the possibility of there being more than one God. As far as you and I are concerned there is only One God; therefore, there can only be One Diety.

Do Christians and Muslims Worship the Same God?

Furthermore, Muslims claim that Allah has no son. This represents a head-on collision between the God of the Bible and Allah. For, as the Bible makes clear, the one and only true God is most perfectly revealed as the Father of the Son, Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of John, Jesus repeatedly teaches that no one has truly known the Father, except by the Son. In one of the most clarifying verses in the New Testament, Jesus declared Himself to be “the way, and the truth, and the life,” adding, “No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God stays on him. John 3:15,16 That whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life…

Islam is based on the delusions of Muhammad as far as I'm concerned and they certainly do not believe the same things about God as we do; however, to say the Muslims worship a different God is to acknowledge the existence of others outside of the One True God. I didn't think it was that hard to understand, but hey, maybe I was giving you too much credit and you do think other gods exist.

There is no forgiveness in Islam so you are acknowledging a god who doesn't exist if you give credence or respect to Islam. That isn't my God.

Since their god is different and doesn't forgive then they have a god with different attributes and you and the Pope would be violating the first commandment not to have any gods before Jehovah.

Is the Jewish god the same as the Christian god? After all, the jews don't acknowledge Jesus as the son of god either.

So do you think the Jews are worshipping a completely different god?

 Was I not clear, or are you just not grasping what I'm saying?

They might. I don't.

You do know who primarily wrote all that old testament you like to "interpret" don't you? You do know which god they were talking about in the ten commandments, don't you?

or are you just being exceedingly cheeky today and playing the part of internet troll to a "t"?

What is your point?

Then it should be easy pickings for you to debate.

I've tried debating with you as well as have others. In a civilized, intelligent debate, both sides should, in theory, be able to at least acknowledge the other side's point of view. You don't debate. You divert, deflect, cut and paste, misconstrue the bible and are indeed, nothing more than a forum troll.

Oh, and by the way, the original point is that the Jews, the ones that established your scriptures and were the players in the old testament, believe in the same god you do.

No. They only believe in the Old Testament. There are a lot that haven't accepted Jesus yet.
