Endometriosis starts in the uterus. as a trans gender you don't have a uterus, and you do not have eggs, and you cannot get pregnant nor carry a fetus. You have a home made Vagina that leads nowhere, and a brain that is the same. It leads nowhere. Your fantasies of carrying a fetus is just that a fantasy.

One thing we know for sure is that it's definitely not endometriosis.
Enlarged prostate, or testicular torsion maybe, but definitely not PCOS or endometriosis.
And none of those things are the reason you can't get pregnant.
