Younger girl hit grandma's in the rear end. Girl was crying and looked to be in handcuffs. Sorry Im nosey wanted to know what happend.

When I passed by there the State Trooper was asking the girl,"Do you know your ABC's?" This was @ 1250-1300. I wouldn't know from firsthand experience but doesn't that question begin a series of roadside tests? HMMM?

They were behind her back and the officer looked like he was frisking her. She was crying not hiding it all
