Dick Chaney's problem and hunting accidents in general always make very big news because they are so rare. Hunters are, by and large, very responsible and very safe with what they do.
This isn't even demanding that anything be modified; sidewalks, door widths, bathroom stalls, to accommodate yet one more 'victim'. This is just asking that the law say it is OK.
