Active shooter at the Columbia Mall in Maryland!

Google and an evening of practice.. He could tear it all the way down, and put it back together in less than 10-15 minutes.. and really who knows how much time he had or how much time he took to piece it together.

I mean I think that is the thought, he snuck it into the mall broken down in his backpack.. but you could also cut down the stock and the barrel and that would fit in a backpack without any tear down..

Just take off the 18 1/2" barrel, unscrew the stock and put on a pistol grip. Would fit in a backpack and put it together in 2 minutes if you're uncoordinated.

However, since this was Texas, the nosy kid from the booth behind her would have said "Cool," and then been able to identify the make, model, caliber, handing characteristics and latest NRA review. Then would have ended with "But I prefer a Walther."

No one prefers a Walther.

No one.

At least the MSP got to play with their full costumes on. This is the ultimate in Tacti-Cool....has to be. A cup of coffee was never so safe.

The guys at Gear Whores Anonymous dropped the high-resolution image on their Facebook page showing a pair of Maryland State Troopers who got tasked with guarding Starbucks in the wake of Saturday’s mall shooting. They claim the two cops as their own (gear whores), and the photo makes a pretty decent case for the claim.

Now that his personal journals have been found and excerpts released, we find that he was a budding nutbag who had a pretty good idea he was a nutbag and needed help but never told anyone.

I doubt that will slow down those on the anti-2A side that never waste an incident to use as an excuse to "do something about guns".

When I wrote that scenario, I initially said S&W, then changed it to Colt. Ruled out Buntline and finally settled on something that might lead to a kerfuffle. It did.

My faith in you is restored! :buddies:

Anyone who has ever handled one of the damn things, let alone fired it, let alone tried to hit anything with it much beyond the end of the barrel, my gawd.

what is wrong with Walther

I am just being harsh to it based on the one time I got to play with one. It was pretty filthy, jammed alot, failed to eject and I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it.

Vrai is probably right; it's just that it fits me so poorly.
