This is my problem with Mrs. First Lady.
This nation, alone among any major nation, ever, for all it's faults and flaws, has, from it's inception, tried to be better and, by and large, we've done better than anyone else in history.
In history.
To be proud of her county only now is a stunning insult to all we have accomplished over the years and all who have sacrificed and given and done a damn sight more than she ever has to work towards that more perfect union.
Was an incredibly self centered, selfish, ignorant thing to say.

As opposed to the left, who continually lay claim to that moniker while at the same time saying far worse about the children of VP candidates and their mothers - and well, pretty much any female conservative on the planet.
Apparently, they're women's champions, but only if you agree with their politics.
