All I can say is WOW!

Here on Andrews AFB it is so dark out; it's night-time dark. Major storms. Can't believe it. Never seen anything like it. Everyone is converging outside and talking about Armageddon.

I tried to believe you... but then you followed it with "Here on Andrews AFB it is so dark out; it's night-time dark. Major storms. Can't believe it. Never seen anything like it. Everyone is converging outside and talking about Armageddon", and even preceded it with "All I can say is" and your credibility went out the wind.

And now it is down there on the sidewalk, alone and getting rained on.

If only you had simply posted "WOW".

I hope you're happy.

:lmao:

Not a good pic, but this is what it looked like a little bit ago in Suitland. And that was before it got dark...

Looks like southern St. Mary's is going to be missed yet again. Going right by us to the north.

I'm in Upper Marlboro at work and the storm just finished. You talk about a severe thunderstorm. I haven't seen a bad one like this in a while. We even had hail. Have to admit, it made me a lil scared. lol

It looks like its breaking up here in Annapolis. Lots of rain and thunder, but the wind didn't look too bad. Did Lusby get any of this rain?

Yep, started in NW, DC about 7:30. Pitch black...wind, hail and tons of rain. Kinda cool. All over now, it's down in SOMD.

Same thing when I just came through Waldorf, then the sky opened up the rest of the way to Marlboro it poured people driving 10mph water flooding roads in some places, Im just hoping my area of St Marys gets some of this rain.

As usual. The storms always seem to break up and go to the north and south of us. Well, at least my pups won't be scared all alone.

Here in Silver Spring, at 7:30 it was pitch black outside. Looked like footage of a hurricane hitting the beach. I was waiting for the silly weatherman in the yellow rain slicker to blow by the building. The water was up to the top of the curb along the road. The wind was blowing the flowing water back up hill instead of letting gravity do its business. Hail. Windows in building shaking. Took a video of the rain pouring in the stairwell of the parking garage (a door upstairs must have been left open). Water was 1" deep on the landing of the stairwell. Power keeps going in and out here. Building next door has no A/C.

It already passed us here on the Shore. It was really dark, and we got a ton of rain, but no hail. I want it to come back!
