OC doesn't get spring breakers. Its a family destination. College & HS students have a hard time when school ends getting places. The only issues the past couple of years is a bunch of H2O goofs in fast cars one weekend a summer.

I worked about 5 yrs in the 80's in delmarva for Otis, it was a different place then.
Winters were damn quiet then. Hurricane Bar and generals kitchen were the hot spots in the off season.
