I’ve had some really bad European cheese’s also.

Red Fox is out of England and it's flavorful with a crunch. It was my favorite before Prairie Breeze.

I only like cheese with flavor. I get aged Swiss for sandwiches but regular Swiss doesn't taste like anything and baby Swiss is pointless. Gouda, muenster, provolone, fresh mozz, I don't see the point.

Smoked provolone is great on a steak and cheese.

One thing most people forget is to let the cheese warm up to room temp. If it's just out of the fridge it has very little taste.
