Anyone read this book by Joan Carroll Cruz?

Is this more of an introductory piece or a theological treatise? If the latter, I'll have to check it out. I'm always interesting in delving into Christian angelology and mysticism. Aside from sorting out pieces written by the saints, it's hard to find such things in one concise place.
