Another view of electric fencing

I came across this article on the Dogs Deserve Better website. I don't know how often this happens, or if fencing has improved over the years to avoid this type of casualty. I wouldn't want it to happen to any of my dogs...

I can't imagine what was going through that poor dogs mind....

Personally I do not like these fences, even if they manage to keep YOUR dog in, they DO NOT keep other dogs out.
