What you are describing are "Historic" vehicle tags (not antique) and per MVA "A historic vehicle in this category must be insured by a Historic Vehicle, Show Vehicle, or Antique Vehicle insurance policy."yep... you can put antique tags on it....
You won't need insurance but you also won't be able to drive it everyday....
Of course with that big caddy engine, you won't want to drive it every day because of the gas prices....
