After 2wks of chasing ants from room to room I said to myself :war: I called in someone to spray my house. Well ...that was done 3 days ago and my house appeared to be Ant free... I come home from work this afternoon only to find them crawling my walls and windows in my living room....Queen Ants included. OMG they give me the 'eebe geebees.' The guy did tell me that I would notice a bit more activity because they will be pissed but S$it this is crazy UGH! So now im supposed to watch them invade my home evemore until the stuff they put down does its job. I cant even spray them myself because that would kill them instanty but the plan of action is to have them feed off this stuff they sprayed so they take it back to the nest and kill the rest.....so they tell me. Has anyone gone through this?? If so how long does it take for them to die? I get my house re-sprayed in 30 days.

OMG dont scare me !! :faint: I doubt they are because I have regular ants crawling with them. Mind you Ive never seen a termite before so I cant be 100% sure. These just look like ants with tiny wings

In My Opinion
ants have three body segments.
termites have two.

ants are in the same family as wasps.

We have been fighting ants during the warm weather ever since last spring. Tried boric acid. That worked OK for a short term solution, but they always came back after a couple days. Nothing worked for more than a week.

Tried the spray that you spray 1' around the perimeter of the house. Didn't work at all.

Bought ant traps at Sam's Club and started using them 2 weeks ago. So far so good.

We've been fighting them for months. We called Angel Exterminators and they sprayed and put out bait. The cost was 125.00, but guaranteed or they would come back out to spray again. We had to call them back 3 times and the third time they said they had gotten rid of the first kind of ants, but now we had "crazy ants" and in order to get rid of them they had to treat over a long period of time and it would cost extra. Needless to say they won't be coming out anymore.

Hmmmmm I best check the contract. My swarm of queen ants have all GONE :yahoo: Not an ant to be seen ANYWHERE !! (whispering......the buggers might here me) :banana:

Good deal!! I don't have any in the house, only outside. Wonder if I should have someone have a look?
