I realize I have to be found not guilty first, but I'm looking into the future as I have faith in the judicial system.

Civil suit - but does the POS have anything worth going after? You should really find a lawyer, I wouldn't skimp on one either. They will be able to field all of your questions.

Proving he is lying would be a waste of energy IMO.
THEY have to prove he is telling the truth about you
Proving he is lying would only be done, IMO, by having an alibi for when you're accused of doing specific things :shrug:

I didn't realize there was a rape charge until recently. I also see he got a theft charge for the check on the 1st as well.
Also a disorderly conduct in September.

I'm still waking up on this Monday Good lord, if he's got that long of a rap sheet at my age, I don't see how his word could be taken against yours if you say you weren't involved :shrug:
