Well I don't like Meatloaf. Sorry. :yukky:

But I have Lots of recipes! Here's a great one for Mock Kahlua. I made some last week and bottled it up in pretty bottles for all my friends and my kids teachers for Xmas.(of course I'll have to hand deliver to the teachers not let the kids bring alchohol to school) It's really easy and sooooo yummy! :buddies:

Mock Kahlua

6 cups sugar

6 cups strong brewed coffee (I use espresso blend)

1 litre vodka (you can adjust the strength to suit your taste)

12 tsp pure vanilla

Mix sugar and coffee together and bring to slow boil. Turn heat down and
simmer 1 hour. Remove heat, add vodka and vanilla, stir well. Let cool
before bottling. You can drink immediately but it's better if you let it
sit. My mother stored it in a little brown jug in a dark room for a couple
of weeks before serving.

Gingerbread Men

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:
Cream shortening and sugar. Sift flour with salt, soda and spices. Blend flour mixture into creamed mixture alternately with molasses and water. Chill at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with large 6-8 inch gingerbreadmen cookie cutters. Lift onto lightly greased cookie sheet with broad spatula.
Bake above oven center for about 12 minutes or until cookies spring back lightly in center. Do not overcook, they won't stay soft. Remove from sheets. Cool on wire racks. Makes 10 men 6-8 inches tall.

G.F. stands for "Gluten Free" - usually it's a mix of rice flour and other ingredients. It's used in place of flour for people who are sensitive to gluten. If you used regular flour, no wonder the cookies sucked. :lmao:
