Correction: Beth's Kitchen phone # is 301-839-3774.
The former P.G. County Police building where I believe it's located in, was recently bought and turned into a Filipino Community Center. You may know about the huge Filipino population in that area, which maintains the "Mrs. Philippines Nursing Home" in Oxon Hill, Filipino language masses and choir at Saint Columba Church, and a Filipino cultural room at Harmony Hall Community Center.

Quite a few Filipinos also attend South Potomac Church in White Plains, MD. They socialize in the lobby after services.

My recommendation is Kabayan....Kabayan Map

I have been here countless times, typically I get the lechon (if they have it, gotta come early for it usually), any of the adobo choices they have at the time and sinigang. They have a one or two entree with rice deal. I think the two entree with rice was around 6 dollars. Being from Ft. Washington originally, and having alot of friends and family still in the area, they all seem to choose Kabayan over the other choices given by slowlane. Although, if the timing is right and she's cooking, to grandma's house I go for the best Filipino food.
