I always got mine free from Steuart/Valero/NuStar over the years. No idea if they still have any since they've pretty much shut down for quite a few years now.

I have seen them on pallets in the Tractor Supply Distribution Center we have done work in.
With that your local store should stock them or ba able to order them in.
