I was at Pro Fitness from 4:05 until 6:05.....that class I took today almost killed me, but I liked it!

I had to work late, and S was doing the baby shower registry stuff at Tarjey....so I had to get home and let pooch out when I finally got off...

But if I dont work late today, I'll be there at 3:45

I go around 7-730. The gym is quite empty. Im in and out under and hour.

I go around 5 and it isn't crowded at all. It's much better than the croud I got stuck with at 5 when I went to profitness.
