you are posting...on a computer... that has either google maps or mapquest...and you can't figure out how to use either one?

go to either program and type in the name of the first place - when the icon pops on the map click on it and select 'directions to' . A block will open up and put in the second block, then 'get directions. Time, distance and even a graphic on the map will be displayed for you.

I can drive to Nashville in 12 hours from LP city if that helps you any. And I have stayed at the Opryland - very nice, though I was not paying for it - business trip....

Seriously???

You've never used Google maps?

Are you the little old lady that got to the self check out in Shoppers this afternoon and just stood there because you had no idea how it worked and were afraid to follow the directions on the screen?

Mapquest and all that aren't quite as correct as actual humans who have been there and done that - just so ya know..

Hey D - at the Gaylord itself or the area in general ?? Yes, I did see some of the rates for the Gaylord (wowza!) but I'd rather pay for a place that has a few extras (restaurants, shops etc) and will hopefully be alittle bit cleaner as to keep the reputation up - know what I mean? Thanks for the heads up on the "steepness" hahaha...

Yeah, it is nice down there; but STEEP. $$$

Anything in "Nashville Proper" is gonna cost ya. On the outskirts, like Hermitage, Mt. Juliet; places like that; it's a little cheaper. Mt. Juliet is like a bigger version of L.P. City.
