My dad and step-mom had a house built by them few years ago, they did very good work.

Yeah I dont know if that is an option or not. Would only do it if I put a couple nice windows in the garage. We have to look at all the plans and see what we want to change.

Make sure you go for the hibachi grill in the kitchen. And don't forget the jacuzzi tub.

Yeah master superbath is what we are going for. Hibachi Grill? I am looking at cooktops now as I would love a cooktop in the center island and a double wall oven. We drove and looked at the lot and were very surprised. a very nice 1/2 acre lot in the ranch very slight slope but the way they would have to do the ground work the back yard should be very big and pretty level. Hoping the realtor has my house listed by the end of next week and get this process started..
