In addition to being a comedian of the first water, you, bcp, are a very discerning gentleman.

I ♥LOVE♥ my Zepherine Drouhin! One cane has shot across the top of the t-pole and into the crape myrtle on the other side of the sidewalk -- gorgeous when it blooms. The lack of thorns just makes it almost perfect.
