Yikes! Were you able to get it back?
Yes I got it back but after standing in the rain (car was locked) with a 2 5 and 7 year old I'm going to bed with a drink.

It is not unlike my mom to call me when something happens. I remember when I was living in SC there was in accident in front of her house (here in SOMD) and the at fault driver took off running. So what does she do? She called me! I told her to hang up and call 911 then call me back.
She has never been one that handles stressful situations well.![]()

Someone wrote to us and provided this explanation:
"The evacuation of the Costco in Brandywine was due to an refrigerator (freon) leak. Units from Brandywine, Waldorf, Westlake, Accokeek, Baden, Upper Marlboro, Allentown Road, Beltsville, Landover Hills, and Waldorf EMS responded around 3:30pm this evening. Units found a minor leak, and the store was evacuated prior to FD arrival."
My mom told me a manager told her it was a carbon monoxide alarm that went off. They had to go through the store with those detector things and realized it was just the alarm malfunctioning.
Not sure if this is true or not but I could see that type of reaction for that.
I bet Sparky wrote to you, alias Smowlover,Eng69ine,WhiteGMC40 and whatever other name he has used.![]()
hmm is sparky aka brian?
If it was just a freon leak it was a major OVERreation. Over 20 fire trucks and at least that many cop cars too. And they were there for almost the 2 hours we walked the parking lot.
The freon they use in commercial applications can kill your azz.
who is sparky?
Who is Brian?
realize that but the store manager told me in the parking lot that it was the alarm that they couldn't shut off.
What's that got to do with the price of tea?![]()
