You're going to say you have a valid point because I left one letter off a word? Really? If that's all you have to bolster your point, I'm afraid you wont make much headway.
My first point stands If a middle school needs a cop assigned to it something is wrong there. I did not need a cop around to keep me safe when I was 11. These places are penal colonys!!!!!!!!!!! And there are a large number of hoods in them. Not all but a large number.

So, you are saying that all the county schools are penal colonies? Really? Ever spend any time in them? There is nothing wrong there, its how we do things these days, which, I might note, are a bit different than when you were 11.

How long did it take you to get into the new housing at Lovell Cove? My husband isnt being released by his new command until next Wed and we are slated to be there Sept 2. Housing told us they couldnt put us on list until we have signed release from command on orders. Would love to know how long it took you. Also pics of a 4bdrm would be great as that is what we would need. Thanks!

Are you moving into a 4 or 3 bdrm? I might have somepics on my computer of our 4 bdrm before we moved furniture in.
Neighborhood VERY quiet. Love that the kids can play & be safe.
Marina & small beach within walking distance.
My kids go to Green Holly & Spring Ridge.

They are able to put you on a list, but can not offer you housing until your husband is released, so what the housing people like to say. I guess it depends on who you talk to. We had our address to our house before my husband was released from his old command. All he did was do the paperwork once he got orders to Pax River and sent them on to the housing. He called and they told him where he was on the list. About two weeks before we were due to be here, they gave us the address to our home here. That was last year when we moved here. I know there are a few homes open here at this housing area. I have not seen to many moving vans. Most people moved into this housing area last summer. So not to many openings. I know in about 2 years we will see a lot of people moving. There is also housing off base. Challenger Estates has nice housing too. We tried to get into that housing area, but there were no openings when we got here.

It could take days or it could take months. It all depends on how many people are on the waiting list ahead of you. You should call them to ask them how long their housing waiting list is. Is this your first time moving into military housing??

. But to get the answer they want they have to call Lincoln. It took us 3 months to get a house from the time my husband did the paperwork. I have no idea how long it will take them. It changes and depends on the waiting list. I don't work for Lincoln. :shrug:

It took us 13 days to get a 3 bedroom. But we got lucky. They offered us Glenn Forest the very first day on the list, the day my husband detached from his command. I turned it down because I wanted to live on base if possible or in Challenger Estates. Basically anything but Glenn Forest. The list is very short for 3 bedrooms but since you can't apply for just one area you have to chance it. They could offer you one you don't want time after time and there's nothing you can do about it. That scared me. You only get so many offers before you're no longer eligible for housing.
