Would you happen to have the phone number for any of the HOA members? TIA. :flowers:
Isn't EVERYBODY in CL a member of the HOA? Or would you be looking for the number for an HOA Board Member?

I live there. Don't know of no HOA though.

What's the problem? If my kids are starting trouble, just tell me and I'll straighten them out.

So I guess that means you've never been to the HOA Christmas Party. :poorbaby:

Go hang out at the park around dusk. There's a nice guy that always locks the gate up around 8ish. He could tell you who to contact. :yay:

I think the HOA is managed by Horton Realty 301-737-1700. Maybe they are who you need or could direct you to whomever you are looking for :yay:

A member of the board smarty pants. BUT, technically, I am not an HOA member, since I'm in the old section that is grandfathered out of the whole HOA requirements and such.

No problem, I'm just trying to get in touch with them to give them info on the site I set up for the community. http://www.countrylakescommunity.com I'm hoping they'll start using it to post the HOA Newsletters, and people start using it for community info, so I don't have to wait 3-4 months to read about it in the paper copy they stuff in my mailbox. Oh! And it's a shameless plug for me, but I've kept myself pretty non-intrusive, because the intention of the site is for better communication with the community. :yay:
