I can only speak from my own experience, but my boy was using the PC to play learning games at around 6 years. I'm pretty sure in the last 15-20 years, PC proficiency among kids has only gotten better at younger ages. I know they can use tech...but there is so much more that young kids learn in school than academics. I think the interaction with other kids and the hands-on activities is a very important part of school for these ages. But I guess it will only be for a few months at most.
