Apartments in St Marys

Hi I looked up the thread about St Mary’s apartments but it was from ten years or so ago. Which apartments are good for a single older female? I was looking at Wildwood and Wildridge. Or what about Spyglass Cove? Has anyone heard of Chestnut Oak apartments?

My daughter recently did Spyglass for a couple years. It was quiet, and a lot of nice amenities.

You say older. Are you 55+. I live in the Wildewood Over 55 community in the condominium. We have a couple of two bedroom apartments available.

I loved living at Settler's Landing, but Wildewood was my second choice.

No. 2 son has an apartment at Abberly Crest on Willows Road. Loads of "amenities" come with the place.

Wildridge to be avoided. Buddy of mine stayed here years back and it was sketchy then and hasn't gotten better. I've known a few people who have lived in Abberly and loved it. Spyglass good as well. Settlers Landing vrai already spoke of.

Why the quotation marks? A few years back a friend of mine lived there, he moved because he couldn't get cell reception at his building (way in the back down the hill) and because the office stopped accepting UPS packages and he didn't want to drive to Waldorf every weekend to pick up stuff he ordered.

I like to use a lot of quotation marks. Our office gal ordered too many a while back and I'm randomly using them up.

Son said nobody ever uses the "extensive" grilling area except for he and his friends. Nice community building, "nice" pool, ..etc. "etc." You"know".."amenities".

My son still gets all his mail, UPS etc delivered here at the island compound because he's often on "extended" travel.

I lived in Wildewood Chestnut Oak, a privately owned condo, from 2004-2008. Nice and quiet.

There was a big sale on quotation marks a while back and he loves bargains.
