Eat more protein. Supplement with soy or whey protein powder. 2-3 grams protein per lb of body weight. more protein= less appetite

I'm going to have to hit this up...I tore my rotator cuff and have surgery coming up..I can't do anything except diet and cardio for the next 3 months...

Ima have to try this.... How? rotate em through out the day or double up on each serving(one of each)?

I've just taken the servings at the same time... I guess you could stagger it throughout the day too, between meals...
