Only problem I ran into was due to my own stupidity. I got everything all set up and used the Wifi to do it all. When I tried swapping it over to use Cell Service nothing connected. I did what I could and ended up calling Verizon.
They worked with me and scratched their heads on it for about 20 minutes with me. Then they figured out what it was. I had upgraded to this thing from an older I phone I had bought for my son with the agreement that I would continue to pay for it as long as he brought home all Bs or better on his report card. Well he brought home a C so I took it a couple months ago.
Well I had it set up for No Interent access during school hours and had forgotten to disable that. That feature was on the account itself and not on the device and had totally slipped my mind.
Other than that I am loving it. Even found a Verizon app that lets me share all Text Messages on all my devices so that helps.
