I am so very blessed
What did you say at the MSF course regarding a new rule on base? Something about you could get a ticket if you aren't in possession of an MSF card?

Active duty is required to carry proof of compliance. We recommend they zerox their card and keep a copy with their registration and insurance

YEp right after I took the erc...
That's now the BRC2, kind of a waste since it's a lot of the same stuff as the BRC
You should sign up for either an Advanced or Sports bike course.
No testing just a day of improving techniques for experienced riders.
Lots of fun

They changed the Instruction and made it mandatory for Active Duty only like Aps said. But the Safety course is great. A day off from work to ride motorcycle around....can't beat that.

The new rules as of July 1 are only CAC needed to get on base now correct? I ask because my bike stickers expired, and I haven't been to the pass office yet to renew because of how crazy the line has been every time I've tried to stop in...

Correct that you do not need to get new stickers. If yours are expired, scrape them off.
You need your base credentials (CAC) to get on, but if they pull you on a RAM or Administrative check, you'll also need to provide DL, POI and proof that you have passed the safety course...if required for you.

Does Pax maintain requirements of certain colored riding gear or vests for all riders (i.e. active/reserve/civilian)? I know the instruction left it up to the bases to determine if they wanted more stringent requirements for gear. (Since I'll be riding in the area in a month).

Pretty much anything long sleeve, no requirement for reflective vest or reflective material.. unless (i think) entering base at night.

Long pants, shoes that go over the ankle, and gloves intended for riding a motorcycle (full fingered gloves only, no finger cut-outs).
