How about a "Your Welcome" I really hate sayin thanks or have a nice day and you get no response. At least act like you enjoy your job that your getting paid to do and give some customer service.

:yeahthat: I already feel guilty about eating their d@mn fast food. The least they could do is say "Have a nice day" or "Thanks for choosing {insert fast food here}"....but no. Too many employees at Burger King or McDonald's have done that to me...

Sorry forgot to add it is the one in the Park. Drove by it a few more times and each time saw someone pulling in and just sitting there. Can we not read????? Wait silly question I forgot where we live for a minute! It can not be to bad though because I saw a worker standing outside smoking and the lights are still on inside.

Sad to say, but the dude will probably end up with a couple thousand or so without having to go through any effort at all. Insurance companies find it is cheaper in the long run to offer the "victim" a few bucks in return for a "release from future claims" signature. It will will a mark against the driver so the company will get their money back with a rate hike against the driver.

Like Kwillia said, it's cheaper for the insurance company to settle than to drag it through the court system, regardless of any witnesses.

Jaded world we live in, eh? :jameo:
