Not believing in your god, or more accurately what your book says about your god, is different than not believing that God exists.
That changes nothing about my statement.

Obviously if someone does not beleive in god they won't believe that men can write for god.
You just really WANT TO KNOW but you don't actually know, that's why it's called faith and not knowledge.
You and I have exactly the same knowledge about the after life.

You and I have exactly the same knowledge about the after life.again. You have consistently shown that you have very little knowledge of God and faith in the fact that He can preserve His Word throughout time. I know and believe in God by faith but that doesn't mean the I blindly believe in God. I believe in the evidence that God left for me to see: The Creation, the Bible, every living thing, etc. He wouldn't leave us here to flounder in a bunch of lies and hope we find Him. He gave us His written word and provided a way to Heaven. Get on board will ya?

Do you believe in God Yahweh, the Father of Jesus Christ?
I do not believe in the Christian god or the claims that are made about him.
Now why would anyone expect someone that doesn't even believe in God believe that anyone could write FOR God?
Care to share what god you do believe in?
not really. But you get back to ridiculing those that dont beleive the way you do![]()
Yes, faith & knowledge are different but so what? They work together. Faith is believing in something that we do not see because of knowledge of that which we do see. I have knowledge of the evidence of God's existence and, because of that knowledge, I have faith in that which I haven't YET seen. If you'd study the Bible with an open mind, you'd see how really informative it is even w/o faith...Faith and knowledge are two different things. If you have faith. If you have to have faith that something exists it is because you don't have knowledge to that affect.
And you don't know what god would do, he very well may leave us here with a bunch of lies to founder, if he even exists.....

Who have I ridiculed?
Okay, so you don't want to tell us who your god is. You shouldn't be ashamed of your god. How do you know about the existence of this god?
Everyone that doesn't agree with your narrow interpretation  you have a whole thread dedicated to it.
I'm not embarrassed by any of my beliefs, just not interested in being judged by you or anyone else.

So because I have a narrow interpretation of something equates to ridicule? Who specifically have I ridiculed?
I don’t judge. I might disagree with certain things on philosophical levels, but not judge. There is a difference. I didn’t take you as one to fear judgment. Yet you have no problem judging other who at least have the courage to face that judgment.
Dude you have an entire thread dedicated to being a douche to others and judging them.
And I don't fear anything about you, I'm just not interested in playing your game.
I didn't say they were based on one another, I said they work together.Nope, faith and knowledge are not based on one another.
He's got you pegged there TG......Your only purpose in here is to play contrarian and pretend you are some authority on things you don’t even believe in.

And you're being a douche now for being obtuse to why I started that thread. You didn't even read any of it did you? Either that or you purposely glazed over the parts where I said I was trying to be absurd by pointing out the absurd. I wanted the folks that are being judgmental to others to feel what it's like to have someone question their faith. It was a game. You failed because you failed to even get it.
I didn’t say you feared me. I’m no one to be feared. You fear anyone knowing who you are. You come in here spouting about how much you know and how you know about what others DON’T know, yet you cower in the corner when it comes to actually articulating any form of tangible substantive facts. Your only purpose in here is to play contrarian and pretend you are some authority on things you don’t even believe in.

No they're not. Faith & knowledge work together with one anotherNo, they don't. Faith and knowledge are independent of one another.
