My children have been asking me about beavers and were they live and what do they look like. Now I have heard from several people that St. mary's county has places where you can see beaver damns and maybe some beavers when it warms up. If anyone knows of anywhere can you help me out

We have a huge family of beaver on our property and a huge dam. PM me if you want to come and see them.

Not in St. Mary's, but you can check out Calvert Cliffs State Park in Lusby in Calvert County - they have several beaver colonies there:
