Saw a lawyer commenting on the video last night, said the first few shots were legal, but was not so sure on the follow ups, especially after the "firearm" was in the shooter's possession.

Shoot until the threat is neutralized. I'd say the customer met that criteria.

Right, but is laying motionless on the ground after you take his weapon neutralized? Cause evidently he kept shooting after that, including a headshot to finish his nine rounds.... That might raise an eyebrow or two.

You can always say the fear of having a gun pointed at you got you all amped up on adrenaline. You even see that in street cops when they shoot a perp. Plenty of hot lead flying around, just to be 100% sure.

Well at least he didn't take the shooter's weapon and empty that into him too.
It doesn't bother me in the least. How many other people has this thief robbed or shot?
Put his ass in the ground. Where he will never hurt anyone again.

Next we will hear his Mama say he was a good boy and didn't deserve to die this way.
My answer: Yes he did, He asked for it and he got it.

On Jessie Waters show last night, he said the very dead guy was a career criminal and that the gun he had was fake but that no one in the restaurant knew that.
Good on the guy that took this thug out. One less POS robbing innocent people.

This man is going to be pretty easy to find.
He will probably face charges.
Looking at his truck I would say he can't afford an attorney.
I would volunteer to be on his jury.

Texas Taco Hero Shooter to Face a Soros Funded Commie DA

A longer video shows the good guy throwing the bad guy’s gat against a wall when he realizes it’s just a plastic BB gun.

The bad guy, Eric Washington, was out on bond when he committed the armed robbery. He has a history of crime and even drew a 15-year sentence for his involvement in the murder of a 62-year-old cell phone store owner. He got out after just six years.

Washington died at the scene from a serious case of lead poisoning.

So a good guy perforated a bad guy — what could go wrong?

For starters, the good guy will face District Attorney (DA) Kim Ogg, who got into office with the help of a $600,000 kiss from legendary billionaire anarchist, George Soros.

Also, the bad guy is black and the good guy is not. Anyone pretending race isn’t a factor in a case like this hasn’t read the news in a few years.
