Being a criminal in a Carry State is a dangerous occupation.
The odds of meeting a quick death go way up.
Eric spent some time in a penitentiary and knew that.
He took his chance and got nailed. End of story.
But it isn't the end of story, now this man who defended himself from a criminal has to defend himself to a court of opinions and perhaps a trial court.
My opinion is that he removed a thief and an idiot from a criminal career.
How stupid is it to be a penny ante thief robbing customers at a restaurant for a few bucks.
Taking chances with your life for for a total of maybe as little as $200 dollars.
