On February 7, 2007 at approximately 9:30 p.m., two black males, wearing all black and ski masks, entered Cook's Liquors in Hollywood Maryland. One suspect brandished a handgun and the other suspect grabbed the cash register. The two suspects then fled with the register and an undisclosed amount of money.

So apparently #2 means black, not white...?

My cop buddy told me #2 was white. He's not a cop in this area, though, so I suppose the codes could vary by location.
