ARMY SGT. DERRICK MILLER – TO BE RELEASED FROM LEAVENWORTH

Yeah, that's the problem - these RsOE hamstring US military but the people trying to kill them have no such encumbrance. Since the US soldier is on my team, that's who I'll be rooting for.
So tell me how the Soldier followed the ROE when he questioned the civilian? How it hamstrung him? Miller is not qualified in interrogation techniques. His executing this man could have been a catalyst for an attack that killed friendly troops. Or the creation of 100 new terrorists.

I know it’s hard for you to understand. But this is what separates a soldier from a killer.
Glad I was a Marine, we had and still have schools to indiscriminately kill others.
Tell me does a missle, artillery or a bomb have these rules of engagement that they adhere to?

Were you a cook? Mechanic?
Military prisons are full of people with your “views”.
And as far as those area weapons ROE’s. The soldiers directly responsible for their firing are held responsible if they target innocents.

Soldier up? Hahahaha. I bet that was the first thing millers lawyer told the jury. He “Soldiered up” so he is innocent of executing a civilian.

23 years Army Infantry. 4 deployments. And none of that matters since this isn’t about my military history. It’s about doing the right thing.

You just proved my point. I will guess a soft skill MOS for you. No combat. And at most 6 years served. With an RE 4 code.

Gotta love the MPDs created just to jump into the fray.

Your probably dealing with Sadpussi or Tranny in one of their fantasy lives.

Internet tough guy. Lol.
I will try to control the fear I now feel inside because you have called me names.

Hahahahahaha

No he didn’t. He murdered a man. Cold blood. It’s why he was in prison. We are not going to agree. And I have more important things to do than argue over if a convicted murderer did the right thing.
Look he learned how to quote correctly...

Clearly you don't.

It's kind of interesting that anyone would take issue with Sgt. Miller being released. This is pretty much the only issue that both Republicans AND Democrats in Maryland agree on.

Have a great day.
I have no dog in the fight - I wasn't there, wasn't in the trial, and I'm not president or a direct advisor reviewing the paperwork.

But, if you're going to say you're not going to argue, it would work better if you didn't spend a lot of time arguing first.
