So how much room do they have? Do they have the proper acreage and such for a horse on Chancellors Run Road?

They live next door...I am suprised HOA lets Remax keep hers there..But if one can the other can..I would assume in the develpments there is no difference in one house then the other..other then one knowing proper care and one not..

Yea but in all rights they don't have, by county rules enough land. So if Remax has one and they get one and she raises cain about them then all hell will break loose and both will probably lose....and have to get rid of the minis.JMO I dealt with a neighbor when I got my first place. I ended up buying 2 more lots just so she couldn't biatch about my horse being there legally..
