I don't think they would use a cell phone camera, and they would tell you they were coming, and or leave you a note saying they were there. They don't just run like that.

Shiat... if I was inspecting and insureds home and they ran out of the house screaming at me you bet your ass I would run.... we insure a lot of nutjobs here :lol:

:lmao: Town Creek is a very quiet place usually, not many issues. Unless you're BS Gal and live on her street. All kinds of weird stuff happens over there.

All the inspections for Insurance/Tax etc...was done before we went to settlement on our home when we bought it. All that has to be paid at settlement time so it had to be done before, I don't know why someone would come out picture takin after settlement...seems odd to me....I would be upset/spooked also...

Maybe it was the guy that use to own the house and he didn't get any pictures of it before he moved out to show his family and friends

Still seems odd......I think I would have every lite in and out of the house on tonight, doors and windows locked......and maybe some firearms available too. Plus my killer dog ( yellow lab ) on the loose. LOL!!!

Mine might get up(if there is the possibility of being fed involved), wag their tails a lot, jump on them('cause they want to be petted) and show whoever is breaking in where all the food is....so, they might possibly get some :lol:
