Black male, blue Jean shorts, white t-shirt. Bailed out of vehicle on Thomas Dr. heading toward Pegg Road. Police pursueing on foot. Multiple officers on scene or on the way.
12:07 Officer advises he saw subject cut down the road toward Enterprise.
Unsure as to reason he bailed out. When they ran the plates they came back to a vehicle from PG county that did not match the suspect vehicle description.
12:20 At this time I am unsure if suspect was caught or not as there was a fire on Pegg Rd. that kept the scanner busy during the same time.
12:28 I suspect subject must have been caught as I hear no communications being passed as to a search in progress.
12:29 On scene units now asking Dispatch if they had any luck calling registered owner. Also requesting they call PG County to see if there is a history.
12:52 Still pretty quiet about things. Mutiple units returning to what they were doing. Either they caught must have the bum or the know who he is and will catch him later.
12:56 Police requesting a full criminal history of the registered owner of the VIN. Comes back as being born in '54. 5' 4" 250 lbs. Officer advises he got a look at his face. Not sure I heard that right. 54 YO dude outrun one of our officers? So apparently the subject has not been caught yet. Dispatch also advises they have a local history from January 23 2008 this year for that tag. Card was started as a Misc. card stated by the Fire Side.
