Gallagher sentenced David Banks, age 29, of Baltimore, Maryland, yesterday to 25 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for a carjacking and armed robbery conspiracy, including six armed robberies and a carjacking, during which three people were shot and two were killed.
