Also keep in mind real hard wood floors such as oak, etc will make some noise as the seasons change.
Humidity levels cause the wood to expand and shrink. Drier air in the winter causes my floors to creak and crack in some areas. Make sure your installer knows what they're doing, uses the proper nailing fasteners and that you have the correct sub floor that will hold a nail/staple over time.
