As long as people continue with this mindset, it's a self fulfililng prophecy. There's never been a time when getting rid of incumbents has been a better possibility. Scott Brown R-Mass - case in point.
And any time I've written to Babs, I've had nothing more than a blame-Bush-we-inherited-this Democrat talking point form letter in response (I haven't gotten a response to my question "weren't you voting when Bush was president?"). So what has Babs done for me? Well, she's made me more vocal and more aware of the mess she's helping to create....that's about it.
