Oh my God and you look at that poor dog's sweet face and gentle eyes. I agree that anybody who could do that to a poor little animal would have no problem hurting a child or any other human being either. They can't have any compassion in their soul at all - if they even have a soul.

I will be amazed if they catch the culprit(s), hopefully the person(s) will brag and get caught or somebody saw something. 10 years still gets the crime on the record. It isn't enough, by no means, but better than going unpunished.

It is seriously disturbing, because like I said, this is a serial killer's early work in the making, documented fact that all serial killers start off killing animals. Next, that person will carve up bodies.
