I'd think that whoever did this that they would have scratches somewhere on their hands or arms....any animal that is getting hurt like this is going to fight back if possible

The thought crossed my mind about what would be required of an animal to allow this to be done to them. Trust and/or sedation, right? That's some profound work to be followed by what appears to be docile behavior.

I just want to know exactly what goes through a person's sadistic mind when they are either comtemplating or physically executing the act. God knows there are some sick and twisted people in this world. My heart goes out to Anne and all the other animals like her who experience this terrible cruelty.

I don't think there is any amount of trust that would let a dog allow that to happen top itself. I bet the dog was knocked out for that to happen.

Years ago we had a beautiful white longhaired cat named Snowball. He disappeared for a day or so and when he returned home he had strips of skin and fur hanging and a lot missing. It was a horrible sight. It looked a lot like this poor beagle.We figured out that someone had probably skinned him alive.He was walking around meowing and then he died before we could do anything. I hadn't thought about that incident in a long time but this brings it all back. This is just so sadistic and horrible. Anyone who would do something like that doesn't deserve to be on this earth.

I hope they catch the sick Bast**d that did this to an innocent animal. I really hope an animal lover finds them first and skins thier ass...I would.....in a heart beat..
If they do catch them all they will probaly get is fined and jail time. I think they should do the same as they did to the poor dog.... An eye for an eye....JMO
