Rt. 235 in Charlotte Hall out of a minivan. Why does it disturb me that someone is selling dogs out of a vehicle? Seems a bit odd to me. Who would even buy them? Oh, they are $500.00.

I was at the Safeway in Dunkirk, someone was there selling poodle pups out of a station wagon. Poor things really didn't even look healthy.
