So sad to hear this news. Benny Parsons fought a good fight against the cancer. Apparently, it was too much for him.

Hopefully, he is at peace and no longer in pain or suffering. He will be missed for his commentary on Sundays, that's for sure.

I read the other day that he had beaten the cancer, but the treatments had messed up his liver (or was it kidneys?) really bad and that's why he was hospitalized.
