The contractor that I work for down here, I know of very few people that are salary that actually dont have a degree. If you want to advance at least within the firm, you need a degree. Granted there are a few some people that dont and have suceeded...

A lot of contractors at Pax require a degree for IT professionals. It's the main reason I went back and got my BS degree. I couldn't get hired otherwise. :ohwell:
