Once it gets underway in the summer, the River Concert Series at St Mary’s College on Friday evenings is a real treat, if you can handle the crowds. Arrive early and bring your own picnic basket and collapsible chairs or blanket, and enjoy some truly high quality orchestral music.

North Beach Farmers Market is open now, Friday evenings 6-9. Great for the family, car shows, wine tasting, local farmers market.

Be aware that the Firemen's Carnival is set up on the main Beach parking lot so this weeks Farmer's Market may bear a clear resemblance to a goat roping.
